Investor Relations Manager

Job Description
My client, a highly regarded International Real Estate Investment House, seek a talented and accomplished Investor Relations Manager to join their team and become the link that supports the wider Investor Relations team, with fund critical data selected, dissected and refined from the Finance team.
Key responsibilities:
Create Fund models that collates all key events across a fund cycle and that tracks the key metrics of fund performance
Create a database which reflects the acquisition value of the individual assets against the capital structure and investment strategy
Analyse fund data to manage investor requests and complete full due diligence
The success of this opportunity will depend on the individual being able to build the strong relationships with the Finance team, to extract the necessary data to accurately reflect fund performance with investors.
Required experience:
Corporate Finance or Transaction Services experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong model building skills, especially in Excel/VBA
