The firm is looking for a UK-qualified Patent Litigation Solicitor with an interest in and some experience litigating patents at a Junior Associate level to join its busy and growing legal team. The right candidate would join a vibrant firm of IP specialist solicitors, attorneys, paralegals, and trainees across offices in the UK (Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, and London) and Munich. The workload from existing clients is increasing substantially, and the successful applicant can expect high-profile and cutting-edge work in a friendly and collaborative environment. Ideally, the candidate will be: 1 - 4 years qualified in England & Wales Experienced in IP litigation, with an interest in patents but willing to get involved in other IP disputes Self-motivated with an eye for detail Capable of working as part of the team Experienced in non-contentious IP (an added advantage but not a requirement) Intellectually strong with relevant private practice or in-house experience Happy to collaborate with colleagues across all offices.
