We are seeking a talented and versatile IT 3rd Line Support Engineer to be an integral part of our IT department. Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide 3rd line support for all IT-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the Windows stack, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.

  • Manage and support networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

  • Collaborate with other IT team members to design, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.

  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, contributing technical expertise and insight.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.

  • Document all technical procedures and troubleshooting steps for future reference.



Key Requirements:




  • Proven experience in a 3rd line support role, preferably within an FMCG or similarly fast-paced environment.

  • Strong expertise in the Windows stack, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.

  • Solid understanding of networking principles and experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus but not essential.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
