A Typical Day in the Job:
Solving network connectivity issues using remote systems
Managing service tickets and customer requests
Answering telephone and email support requests
Communicating with customers
Completing the initial diagnosis of support cases and network events and either resolving to the customers satisfaction using documented processes and procedures or escalating as necessary
Setting up core routers
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£16,000 per annum
Monday Friday
08:00am 17:00pm or 09:00am 18:00pm
Standard holiday allowance
An open, relaxed and friendly office environment

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself in an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Network Technician .
