My client is a is a growing top 40 accountancy practice who provide expert solutions for entrepreneurial businesses and private individuals in Central and Southern England. To support the organisation's growth, they have created a new opportunity for an IT Assistant to join their Oxford IT team. This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring our internal IT helpdesk and responding to queries in a timely manner
• Monitoring the use of software (e.g. Microsoft) and hardware (e.g. Printers) and looking for ways to improve our existing systems
• Training and assisting with IT inductions for new starters
• Liaising with third party suppliers
• Ordering and setting up new and replacement IT equipment
• Updating technology and tools to ensure the latest products, documents and relevant software's are accessible and communicating prospective changes to employees
