CRM Business Analyst / Business IT Analyst £50,000 - £60,000Location: SW LondonAbout the Role:Are you passionate about leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences? Join our client's innovative team and play a pivotal role in aligning CRM solutions with their business strategies in the travel sector. Your expertise will be crucial in customising CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet the unique needs of their users.Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:Implement and support CRM solutions to enhance business strategies and customer experiences.Customise CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to align with user requirements.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units for CRM-related initiatives.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand their needs.Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.Work closely with the QA team to ensure traceability.Provide support via Service Desk/Help Desk for business issues and queries as needed.Business Analyst Qualifications and Experience:Relevant experience in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field.Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Proven experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Experience in the Luxury Travel Industry or with a Luxury Brand Company is desirable.Familiarity with database management, SQL, and data analysis tools.Business Analyst Benefits Include:Hybrid Working Arrangement (Minimum of 2 days in the Office)Company Pension Scheme25 days’ Annual Leave (increases to 28 with length of service) plus Bank HolidaysGenerous Holiday Concessions after six months' serviceFriend and Family Discounts on holidaysEducationals – trips for sales staff to get to know and understand their destinations
