IT Business Analyst | Purfleet, Essex with hybrid working
Whitehall Resources are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their client's evolving team in Purfleet. Ideally, you will visit the office twice a week, however there is a little flexibility here.
As the IT Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between the business and the technical teams, ensuring the best solutions are delivered by the teams and are in line with the business requirements.
You will be joining a small team, so there will be a lot of variety that comes with this role, along with lots of opportunity!

Do you have?
* Previous experience as an IT Business Analyst (or similar, such as Product Manager)
* Experience analysing business requirements and creating functional specifications
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical teams
* Knowledge of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering through to implementation
* Ability to collaborate across different teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, proactive approach to your work and a passion for improving processes
