IT Director - Hospitality

IT Director sought by an iconic hospitality and leisure brand to oversee all aspects of technology operations, projects and innovation across several sites. You will lead a small team, implementing and maintaining technology platforms, ensuring security and optimising customer experience. You will need to ensure that systems are robust and support the broader business and that excellent service is delivered by the team. We are equally looking for someone to set an ambitious IT strategy, leveraging innovation to deliver excellent customer experience.Candidates will also demonstrate the following –Experience of IT leadership in hospitality, leisure, retail or a similar consumer focused business.Ideally knowledge of POS platforms, payment technology, membership / CRM systems and / or customer mobile apps.Experience of leading and mentoring a team.Knowledge of delivering a robust infrastructure and transitioning services to the Cloud.Strong project management skills.Experience of ensuring system and data security.The ability to work with the business to set a clear and innovative IT strategy.This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the technology function for a key hospitality brand keen to leverage technology to deliver the best customer experience. The role is base 3 days per week in Perthshire.
