Daily Duties:

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and implement infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and new technology deployments.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures to support ongoing operations and audits.
