Role: Infrastructure Manager

Locations: London & Manchester (Hybrid working)

Salary: �50k to �60k - depending on experience

Role Overview: Ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, focusing on office systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance. Manage the network, IT Support Desk, and hardware/software configuration. Maintain relationships with our outsourced IT Service Provider.

What You'll Do:

• Manage IT network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Implement security frameworks and compliance regulations (GDPR, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001).
• Utilize Microsoft estate (MS Domain Management, Active Directory, O365).
• Lead IT governance and disaster recovery efforts.
• Manage external vendors and service providers.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects.

Skills & Experience:

• Proactive management of IT network and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance.
• Proficiency in device management, networking, and hybrid/cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in Microsoft estate.
• Experience in IT governance and disaster recovery.
• ITIL knowledge.
