The company we are working with has exciting growth plans on their already large estate, and is looking for someone to develop their IT function and work towards their growth from a technical point of view. This would suit an IT manger that is ready to step into a head of position, someone that has experience with EPOS, IT infrastructure, security and team management and development.About the IT Manager role position:This is a fantastic opportunity to create processes and policies from scratch. You will be working across all departments to build the IT function for the 53 site estate. Working with restaurant sites, sales and marketing teams, operations and C-suite, you will be making sure the business is operating safely and securely, dealing with new site openings, creating technical policies, trouble shooting issues and growing a technical team. This is an exciting project and company to get involved with!Skills and Experience:• Proven experience managing IT systems within a multi-site environment, preferably in hospitality or retail sectors.• Strong technical proficiency with various systems including EPOS, CRM, ERP, and experience with APIs and their implementation.• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript & Python for developing and integrating internal tools.• Experience with APIs and their implementation.• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus but not essential.• Capacity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to Hayley
