Role Overview:
As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and security across all digital systems. You will play a key role in leading IT projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of IT systems, networks, and servers
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
• Monitor and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
• Provide technical support and training to staff across multiple departments
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to optimize company operations

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security management
• Experience with cloud services, infrastructure management, and data backup solutions
• Ability to lead IT projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Experience in the manufacturing or logistics sectors (preferred but not essential)
