IT Ops Manager

The Role

We are recruiting an excellent opportunity for an IT Ops Manager on behalf of our Newcastle based client. As an IT Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of IT services. You will manage a team of IT professionals, coordinate with other departments, and implement best practices to enhance the IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data security and compliance.

This role is based in Newcastle and you must be able to be in the office in Newcastle three days per week. You also must have relevant IT Ops experience to be considered for this role.
