IT Planner - Scheduler

An IT support and services company are expanding and require an IT Planner / Scheduler to work in their Chesham office from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
THE ROLE:
Working closely with the Operations Team you will plan and schedule a team of 18 IT engineers to ensure they are utilised effectively and efficiently with the ultimate aim of providing outstanding client service.
This includes:
- Planning and schedule service tickets
- Coordinate installations�
- Liaise with clients, providing progress updates
- Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvements
- Escalate tickets when required.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record of planning/scheduling
- A keen interest�in computers, networks and technology
- Ability to prioritise competing demands in an organised and methodical method.

SALARY�& BENEFITS:
- �30,000 - �36,000, dependent on experience
