IT Quality Assurance Engineer\n\nThe IT Quality Assurance Engineer ensures all external and internal requirements are met through a blend of manual and automated testing. They identify problems, prioritise them, and approve necessary rework or corrective actions.\n\nMain Duties & Responsibilities:\n\nDevise procedures to test, report, and manage project quality issues.\nWork with Senior Management to agree on sign-off thresholds.\nCreate test scripts and plans using manual and automated techniques (e.g., Selenium, Katalon Studio).\nLead testing communities and subject matter experts on test procedures.\nCollect and analyze test data to facilitate proactive solutions.\nDocument and communicate test results and statistics regularly.\nManage testing tools and reporting tools for efficient test execution.\n\nSkills:\n\nEssential:\nExperience with Legal Practice Management implementation (e.g., Elite 3E Cloud).\nIn-depth knowledge of quality assurance and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, black-box, white-box testing).\nExperience with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Katalon Studio).\n\n\nDesirable:\nBCS/ISTQB Testing Certification or equivalent.\nAdvanced SQL Server queries and scripting experience.\n\nIn accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.\n\nDGH Recruitment Limited acts as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business
