Our Company:Novulis Global Solutions is a multi-dimensional solutions-oriented company specializing in IT Staffing and digital transformation in the Cloud arena, product development, implementation and support projects.The Role:We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (Europe) with proven leadership skills, a successful sales track record and a solid business acumen to join our team in driving Sales and Business Development for Novulis’s Microsoft and Cloud Business in UK. This experienced sales leader will play a key hands-on role in strategic resource planning and achieving company revenue targets. They will work closely with cross functional teams across the company.Required Experience: 10+ years of IT staffing and IT solutions sales experience to manage a small and growing sales team, including 3+ years sales leadership experienceExperience working with large System Integrators as clientsSuccessful track record of consistently hitting the quota in a medium-volume transaction sales environmentExperience in the European marketsExperience using CRM solutions and Web Conferencing TechnologiesStrong presentation/demonstration skills, communication, and written skillsRole Responsibilities: Drive the execution of the sales plan in the European markets to open up new accounts and achieve staffing targetsAdd large System Integrators and Consulting firms as clientsCreate GTM strategies and sales programsAchieve sales targets and manage key accountsGrow existing account relationships in order to achieve company sales targetsReporting on sales activity, productivity and forecasting to leadership teamEstablish account relationships with key decision makers, when necessary, to drive large deals forwardPrepare proposals, submit bids and lead commercial negotiations to conclude dealsConduct weekly forecasting meeting with sales management team that reports to youRecruit, hire, onboard and review the performance of Sales Executives on your teamContribute, analyse and assist in marketing initiatives & marketing strategies to increase the sales funnelBuild Alliance partnershipsAdditional Skills and Responsibilities:Coach, mentor and motivate the Sales Team on people management and quota achievementIdentify opportunities for sales enablement and training materials and/or programs to aid the team in executing sales process and quota achievement.Desirable Skills:Knowledge of Microsoft stack technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, Azure etc.Location: UK or other Key Western European countries
