Key Responsibilities




  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and increase market share for our IT and office solutions products and services.

  • Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving business needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the North East region, targeting small to medium-sized businesses and large enterprises.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest office solutions and IT products to effectively present and demonstrate solutions to clients.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular sales forecasts to the management team.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure client requirements are met and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports to the Sales Director, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future sales forecasts.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs within the office solutions and IT sectors.



Skills and Qualifications




  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the IT or office solutions industry, with a focus on B2B sales.

  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT products (software, hardware, cloud solutions) and office technology (printers, copiers, digital document solutions).

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales.

  • Travel: Ability to travel across the North East region as required.
