Internal Job Title: Quote and Config Specialist

About the Role:

As a Quote & Configuration Specialist (Sales Support Administrator) , you'll be the key point of contact for managing and validating all customer quotes, orders, and contracts. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth administrative processes and enhance the customer experience.

As a Quote and Config Specialist you will:

• Manage day-to-day administration of customer accounts


• Validate and maintain documentation and electronic records


• Assist in processing customer quotes, orders, and contracts


• Support cross and upselling of products and services


• Continuously improve product knowledge to maximize profitability

In order to set you up for success we are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in an admin role


• Strong communication skills, both oral and written


• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Basic understanding of sales and customer service
