Oversee daily IT support operations, ensuring efficient resolution of user issues.
Manage hardware and software procurement processes and vendor relationships.
Lead IT projects, implement procedures for incident management, and drive continuous improvement.
Coach and manage a team of IT Support Analysts, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while maintaining high service quality.What You'll Bring:
Strong experience in IT service delivery and support desk operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and security fundamentals.
Solid understanding of Linux, Windows desktop/server environments, Active Directory, and hardware.
Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
