IT Service Desk Team Lead - ITIL
Permanent
South West London - Fully Onsite

As the IT Service Desk Team Lead, you will play an important role ensuring Office IT and Enterprise Support, improving existing IT services and leading an IT Service Delivery Team. You will also be integral in developing the training plans, advancement, and growth of the existing team.

If you are a hands-on IT Service Desk Lead/Manager with a heavy Microsoft skill set, we would love to hear from you!

Do you have?
* 5 + years' experience in a busy IT Service Desk, Operations, or Technical Support environment?
* ITSM Toolset experience across ServiceNow/Remedy/FreshService and/or other SaaS Service Desk systems?
* Strong Microsoft operating system experience, Windows 10 and Microsoft O365?
* Experience leading a small team?
* An ITIL Qualification?
