Enso Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a dynamic Software Company to recruit for an IT Support Analyst in Belfast. As a IT Support Analyst, you will join a dynamic team to optimise their IT Services and ensure seamless operations, making a real impact on exiting projects. The Role Provide first and second-line support for software, hardware, and network issues to end-users, ensuring timely resolution. Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all systems and access rights are properly configured for new joiners and securely removed for leavers. Assist with routine audits of IT systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, particularly in data protection and cybersecurity. Support disaster recovery planning and execution, including regular testing and updates to business continuity plans. Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs, software issues, and service upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users. Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure the companys IT infrastructure is protected from both external and internal threats. Provide support and guidance for remote users, ensuring a smooth experience with remote desktop and VPN technologies. Collaborate with operational departments and DevOps teams on IT-related needs for specialised projects, including system integrations and process automation. The Person 1-2 years experience in an IT support role. Proficiency in Office 365 administration, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Defender. Hands-on experience in Azure services administration and support. Strong laptop and hardware troubleshooting skills, with the ability to escalate to vendors and manage repair tickets when necessary. Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira or similar platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly when supporting users in hybrid and multi-location environments. A proactive mindset, with a focus on identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities. Experience with Cisco is desirable but not essential for success.
