MCS Group is currently working with a multi-national manufacturing company specialising in assiting devices. The client are based in Coleraine who are currently looking to add an IT Support Analyst to their team to reinforce the worldwide support function. This person will be responsible for: Managing 1st & 2nd line service desk tickets, providing on site and remote support. Support Servers from 2012 to 2019 in physical and virtual environments. Supporting hardware and software across site (including printers, tablets, smartphones, and peripheral devices.) Carry out Patch Management. Supporting Infrastructure team in the deployment of new cloud infrastructure inline with current IT roadmap. Carry out planned site visits ensuring all hardware is up to date and functional. Supporting Company applications including Microsoft Applications, ERP System, Telephony System. Requirements for the role: 1 Year + of experience working with a hands on End User or IT Support role. Experience supporting Windows Server in physical, Azure, and VMWare environments. (1+ year) Experience Supporting Windows 10/11 (1+ year) Active Directory Group Policy and user and group administration. Previous experience working with LAN & WAN Networking.
