Location: Sittingbourne

Salary: �30,000 per annum

About the Role:
My client in the Pharmaceutical Sector is seeking a IT Support Analyst to to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems.
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met.
  • Document and track issues using our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and hardware.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
