Join a global financial services company to deliver customer focused IT Support Engineer across a mixture of desktop support and systems administration.You will be confident in taking the lead for providing high-quality support to end-users on a variety of technical issues and providing the highest levels of support.Salary: up to £65,000Location: On-site 5 days per week in MayfairResponsibilities:Provide technical support and assistance to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote access tools.Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals for end-users.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.Ensure that all hardware and software is properly maintained and updated with the latest patches and security updates.Document all support activities in a helpdesk ticketing system.Provide training and support to end-users on how to use hardware and software applications.Assist with the rollout of new hardware and software applications to end-users.Escalate complex issues to IT teams as necessary.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in providing IT end-user support.Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software applications.Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform including Intune.Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network protocols.Experience with remote access tools such as Remote Desktop.If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about providing high-quality IT support to end-users, please apply for more details.
