IT Support Engineer - Crawley area - Permanent roleSynergize Consulting are now hiring for an IT Support Engineer to work at a leading client of ours in the healthcare sector, on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will take responsibility for performing technical support duties, at 1st and 2nd line level, and will provide administration of the organisation's product base.Responsibilities include:Overseeing the day-to-day running of the organisation's IT and technical product base.First and second line IT support for technical queries and issuesDeploying and refreshing IT hardware, such as PC's and LaptopsEmail and messaging system supportCreating new user accounts, and assisting with sign-onProviding on-call support out of hours, where requiredProducing system reports for stakeholders as necessaryExperience required:Experience in an IT Support role, with demonstrable skills in providing support to a varied userbase.Hardware skills including deploying and supporting PC's and LaptopsExcellent customer service skills and a problem-solving attitudeKnowledge of Windows servers and OS would be highly desirableImage transfer experienceAbility to manage user accounts, and previous experience of supporting mail serversExperience of managing IT assets and inventoriesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalFlexibility as to working out of hours and 'on call' where requiredIf you are looking to take the next exciting step in your IT career, please send in your CV for immediate consideration.
