Daily Duties:

• Providing technical support across the business, ensuring IT systems run smoothly.
• Working closely with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve IT processes.
• Managing and maintaining key infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Assisting with system upgrades, deployments, and IT projects.
• Documenting processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services.
