IT Support Engineer| �28,000 to �35,000 | Harlow,�Office + Client Sites | Driving License is Essential
Working for an exciting and innovative new MSP based in Harlow, where your passion for technology�will play a pivotal role in a company that is looking to grow.
You will be responsible�for providing technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, whilst also setting up and maintaining Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Sharepoint, and Entra ID.�
Other responsibilities:

• Network & Security Management: Configuring network hardware, such as firewalls, specifically brands like WatchGuard and Palo Alto.
• Server & Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintaining and optimising�Windows and virtual Servers
• Proactive Maintenance & Monitoring: Using specialised�tools to remotely monitor, maintain, and protect IT systems before issues become problems

Key Skills:�

• Experience working�in a similar role within a support setting
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows Operating Systems
• Good understanding of networks and security (like VPNs, firewalls, LAN)
• Experience managing Windows servers and related technologies
