Established for over 14 years, our client is a rapidly growing MSP which provides IT support & services to SMB's in and around Berkshire and London, specialising in Azure, Office 365 Stack, Cybersecurity Networking and VoIP telephony.
Position Overview:
The IT Support Team Lead will be leading a close-knit team of IT Helpdesk Engineers, ensuring efficient IT Service Delivery within ITIL standards, service delivery improvements and able to get hands-on technically when required.
The MSPs main offerings to their client base are within Office 365 and Azure, so it is as essential that the IT Support Team Lead has proficient hands on experience within these technologies.
