Location City Belfast Overview of Role As an IT Support Technician in the End User Technology team, you will be the first point of contact for end users who need assistance, and you will help build a robust working environment using the latest Microsoft technologies. The successful applicant will join a dedicated team & will have an opportunity to grow within one Europe's fastest growing companies. #FinTrUNI Job Details As this role is focused on technical support, we will require office presence in our Belfast offices. Hybrid working may be available depending on cover within the team. Primary responsibilities include: Resolve incidents in-line with our defined Incident Management practice. Providing on-site support Providing technical assistance to users (primarily on Microsoft on-premises and cloud technologies) Undertake project work to improve the End User Technology function User Account creation & maintenance Device management using MS Autopilot & Endpoint Manager Provide on-call support Experience & Skills: Over 2 years' experience in similar role Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Endpoint Manager (Intune), Exchange, SharePoint, Teams - certification advantageous An understanding of key ITIL and Service Management practices such as Request Fulfilment, Asset Management, Incident, Change & Problem Management An ability to manage assigned daily tasks through to completion Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills MS-900 / AZ-900 / SC-900 Certification (preferable) We reserve the right to alter or amend the shortlisting criteria at any time during the process.
