IT Support Engineer - Stoke-on-Trent - Up to £30,000 per annum
Harvey Nash is currently recruiting for a permanent role with a leading forestry organisation operating across the UK. The role has come about given that our client requires more resources within the department to help deal with demands from the business, meaning the vacancy isn't to replace an existing member of the team.
The role is fully office based.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems remotely, using remote desktop, email, and telephone communication.
- Log, track, and manage incidents through an IT service management system
- Device builds & configuration.
- Ensure issues are documented fully and are either resolved or escalated to the relevant teams.
- First and second line support of the following technologies:
- Windows 10/11
- M365 / Microsoft Teams / SharePoint / OneDrive / InTune
Requirements
- Proficient experience offering first and second line support of both hardware and software issues.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Windows Service experience.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Keen to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
- Must have full UK driving license, vehicle and be based in the UK.
