IT Support Technician required to work in Thatcham, as this is a very rural area, you will need to have your own transport.
This opportunity is working Monday to Friday onsite 5 days a week.

Job responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the smooth running of all of desktops; laptops; tablets; smart devices; Operating�Systems�and applications, Internet caf�s and other client facing areas.
- Monitor the IT service desk in support of all client's areas.
- Act as a point of escalation to�troubleshoot�and resolve�issues�as�required.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, developing new procedures as required and ensure adherence.
- Provide support for all IT related projects and you will be required to work 1 Saturday in 3 and then 1 in 4 weekends - 9-1pm.
Skills required:
- 2yrs + Proven Service Desk Support environment.
- Typically�at least 2�years�of technical delivery and support experience, in�roles that require�involvement and understanding of�ITIL based service delivery.
- Knowledge of: Windows desktop administration; Microsoft Office suite; LAN/WAN maintenance; audio visual solutions and IT security.
- Familiar with remote�assistance�using�prescribed�tools such as;�TeamViewer and Teams.
