IT Systems Engineer

A great opportunity for a prospering IT Managed Service Provider, who values skilled employees who are passionate about customer service and solving technical IT issues.
Role:

• Point of escalation for the service desk
• Resolving issues in alignment with SLAs
• Gather requirements and troubleshoot issues
• Provide excellent customer service and seek more efficient solutions
• Upgrade and implementation projects
• Maintain and improve remote management systems
• Manage relations with 3rd party suppliers
• Networking and server support
• On call rota amongst the team

Experience to succeed:

• Minimum of 3 years working in an IT Engineer role
• Must have experience working in an MSP
• Working knowledge of Azure and Office 365
• Excellent people and customer skills
• Confident with Backups, Hardware, Desktop, Virtualisation etc.
• Driving licence and vehicle is required for this position
