On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a IT Vendor Management Lead for a 6 month contract based in London . (Hybrid Working)

Key responsibilities
This role will focus on renegotiating a number of existing contracts mainly for IT vendors.
Responsibilities: Lead the renegotiation of existing contracts with IT service providers to optimise terms, conditions, and pricing in alignment with organisational objectives.
Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with IT service providers, ensuring effective communication, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
Cost Optimisation: Identify cost-saving opportunities through contract renegotiation, benchmarking, and market analysis, while maintaining service quality and compliance standards.
Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, legal, finance, and business units, to understand requirements, align strategies, and achieve consensus on contract terms.
Skills and Qualifications
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Procurement
Ideally including experience of Procurement working in Financial Services industry
Strong contract knowledge, especially in understanding risk and regulatory content that is necessary in vendor contracts in Financial Services industry
Strong negotiation skills especially in 'single supplier' negotiations
