Italian Travel Support Advisor

Our client employs a multilingual team of highly skilled and experienced professionals, dedicated to providing international medical assistance and repatriation services. To join their talented team as a Travel Support Advisor, they are searching for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills.

As well as Sending guarantee of payments (GOPs) to third parties & Validating cover with third party insurers, the successful candidate will be responsible for approaching each of their daily tasks with precision.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for:

• Liaising with hospitals, medical centres, and third-party agents (cost containers).
• Arranging international repatriations, including taxis, flights, hotels, road ambulances, air ambulances, and assigning flight medics.
• Providing translation and linguistic services.
• Ensuring claims are validated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant policy wording.
• Monitoring and maintain consistent and up-to-date workflows.
• Understanding and support claimants' needs to offer professional advice and empathetically resolve medical and travel insurance issues.
• Offering guidance and advice to less experienced International Case Managers.
• Handling other ad hoc requests from Team Leaders, Duty Operations Managers, Compliance Manager, Senior Management, and Directors.

The individual our client is searching for are searching for a results-orientated individual who can work productively under pressure - with fruitful knowledge of Software such as Outlook Microsoft Word, Excel. As you will be closely connected to clients, you should have a strong customer service focus with an advanced level of English.
