Java Full Stack Developer / Engineer

Job DescriptionJava, Full Stack, Developer, Engineer, Java Developer, Java, JDK 8, Core Java, RESTful, RDBMS, Design, Development, Birmingham.I am looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to work for one of the Worlds leading Investment Banks located in Birmingham on an initial 6 month contract (Inside IR35/Umbrella).You will be an experienced Java Developer with strong skills in Java Development, Full Stack, Java JDK 8 or above, Core Java, Restful Web Services, RDBMS, DB2 and Object oriented design and development.Job role, the goal is to partner with the Business, Credit and Operations groups to provide scalable, timely, consistent, cost effective margin processing, client valuations and portfolio reconciliations across all clients, businesses and products globally. The platform spans computations, orchestrations of dependencies, post calculations workflow to manage margin calls, settlements, reporting and reconciling with clients on their portfolios and external regulatory reporting.Minimum of 7 years of professional development experienceDemonstrable core Java (JDK 8 and above) development experience (solid understanding of Core Java concepts and design patterns)Object oriented design/developmentRESTful web servicesRDBMS experience (DB2 preferred, write/analyse complex queries with multi-table joins and aggregate functions)Strong technical, analytical and communication skills; must be a self-starterBachelor s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)Please note the role is inside IR35/Umbrella and based in the clients office in Birmingham, 5 days per week.Please send me your CV for an immediate review.
