Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a knack for scheduling and problem-solving? We're looking for a Job Coordinator to join our team and oversee the efficient programming of our engineers and subcontractors.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Schedule and manage a team of 8 engineers plus subcontractors

  • Communicate effectively with engineers, customers, and management throughout the project lifecycle

  • Manage a live programming board, ensuring smooth operations

  • Handle new job allocations and problem-solve any scheduling conflicts

  • Raise permits, and other documentation needed (RAMS, and method statements)

  • Book and coordinate service/PPM appointments with customers and engineers

  • Maintain professionalism with a confident telephone manner

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (experience beneficial)



The right candidate would ideally




  • Come from a previous role booking engineers or scheduling work loads

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Be able to work well under pressure and be able to handle time critical tasks
