Tradewind are recruiting for a part-time Jobs Coach on behalf of a special needs college in the Bolton area for young adults aged 19-25 years old.

To join us and be successful in this part-time college based Jobs Coach role in the Bolton you will need to:

• Have an enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to apply for a new one).
• Minimum of two professional references.
• Provide a CV with a full history from your education until present.
• Have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Overseas Police certificates (only if applicable).

The job:

• Jobs Coach at a special needs college in the Bolton area for young adults aged 19-25 with Complex Needs.
• Start September 2024.
• Part time - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. These days are fixed.
• 8:30am - 3:30pm each day.
• Could turn permanent for the right person.
• Pay up to £105/day DOE.
• Paid PAYE via Tradewind, we don't use umbrella companies.
• Equal pay to perm staff after 12th week.
• Supporting young adults with Special Needs aged 19-25 understand their options for life after education.
• You will need to be patient, empathetic and have the ability to think outside the box to provide viable pathways for after education.
• It will be your role to build relationships with your clients, to understand their interests, needs, aptitude, aspirations and skills.
• Work closely with clients on improving jobs skils and helping them achive career goals.
• The school has strong links with outside agencies, parents and other schools and as such they are looking for a team player who can build relationships with other adults as well as pupils.
