Joiner Multi Trade

I am looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work for a social housing provider in the Grantham area on a 3-6 month contract on the voids team. The role is �21 per hour and comes with a van and fuel card from day 1.
The Joiner Multi Trade will be doing:

• Repair works in empty council properties
• 2nd fix joinery work such as kitchen fitting, door hanging and general repairs
• 2nd fix plumbing
• Finishing skills like patch plastering, tiling and painting & decorating

The right Joiner Multi Trade will need:

• Experience doing property maintenance
• Ideally NVQ or City and Guild qualification in Joinery
• UK driving license
• Own tools

In return the Joiner Multi Trade will get:

• 3-6 month contract with potential for permanent role
• �21 per hour paid weekly
• Company van and fuel card
