JOB DESCRIPTION:

Joiner required for a Property Services company to cover planned and responsive repairs on houses across Salford & Oldham. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Joiner to join the team. This a long term secure contract position with the view to going permanent. Opportunities of progression available.

This Joinery role will working 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday (40 hours per week).

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Fixing locks
• Repair work on kitchens
• Doors & fixing repairs
• Carrying out work safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with customers on site

Requirements for the role

• CSCS Card
• Driving License

On offer is a competitive hourly rate of �19 - �19.50per hour. Any hours worked over 40 hours is paid at x1.5. Long term and opportunities to progress. My client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
