Job Title: Social Housing Joiner
Location: Liverpool, Warrington, St Helens, UK
Salary: �19.00 p/h Umbrella
Job Type: Temporary-To-Permanent Contract (12 Week Contract)

Job Description:

Building Careers are currently looking for a competent Joiner on behalf of one of our Social Housing Clients.

As a Joiner you will play a pivotal role in fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair projects, starting Immediately, you will also be provided with a company van and fuel card.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in Social Housing
• Residency in close proximity to our business operations.
• NVQ certification.
• CSCS Card
• Possession of a Valid Full Clean UK Driving License.
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Undertake various joinery tasks including fitting doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring.
• Identify and rectify defects in void properties efficiently and effectively.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
• Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
