Job Title: Joiner (Commercial Refurbishment)

Location: Enfield

Start Date: 12th January 2025

Pay Rate: �22/hour (12 hours paid per day)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Joiner to join a refurbishment project on a commercial unit in Enfield, starting 12th January 2025. This is a hands-on role requiring skilled joinery work and a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform 1st, 2nd, and final fix joinery, including installing doors, frames, skirting, and kitchen units.


• Assist with general refurbishment tasks as required.


• Work alongside the site team to deliver high-quality results on time.


• Demonstrate excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card.


• Proven experience in joinery, including 1st, 2nd, and final fix tasks.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Must have own tools and be able to demonstrate joinery skills.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 12 hours paid per day.
