Joinery Estimator

We are actively seeking an Estimator to join an established Fit-Out Contractor based in Bradford due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to work on a wide range of commercial projects providing high-quality bespoke joinery. This is an office-based position primarily however there will be occasional site visits as required.

Joinery Estimator Job Overview

• Working for a Fit-out Contractor based in the Bradford area
• Officed based occasional site visits as required (expenses covered)
• Managing and overseeing multiple projects at any one time (2-5 at one time)
• Bench joinery experience and knowledge
• Negotiating prices
• Meeting customers/clients
• Projects typically between �100k and �500k - some bigger projects round the �1m figure

Joinery Estimator Job Requirements

• Full driving license
• Experience in estimating in a similar role
• Strong Excel skills
• Bench joinery knowledge/experience is advantageous

Joinery Estimator Salary & Benefits

• Salary: �40,000 - �55,000
• 25 Days Holiday - Increasing on service
• Travel Allowance
• Pension
