Junior Account Manager – Scale-upEast London (hybrid working)£30-33k + package YF have partnered with an exciting, award-winning challenger brand in the petcare category that has grown rapidly over the last few years, gaining listings across most pet retail outlets and major retailers like Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose.Due to their impressive growth, they are looking to hire an enthusiastic and ambitious individual, who loves interacting with customers, to help take the brand to new heights! Key Responsibilities
Managing existing independent and wholesale accountsIdentify and win exciting and innovative distribution opportunities for the brand.Working with marketing and the founders to engage existing and new customers. Customer Engagement - Working with customers to ensure they have the best experience with the brand and their products. Operations and admin support - forecast for your customers, attend weekly Sales and Ops meetings and support the operations team with anything they require for your customers.Qualifications and Skills needed: Previous experience in FMCG, ideally in sales or as a brand ambassadorCompetitive nature and drive to win new business is essentialEnjoy building long term relationships, both internally and with external stakeholdersHighly organised and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrentlyA curious and adaptable naturePassionate about the products, the FMCG industry in general (and ideally animals!)
