JOB INFORMATION - Junior Administrator / Trainee Administrator
- This is an exciting and varied role working within the business development team assiting with the administration of new contracts and on boarding new clients.
- This role will suit someone ambitious as our client is looking to develop this role as the business grows
- Answer phones, respond to emails, filing and other general administration duties
- Updating social media platforms with recent completed works, customer reviews and so on
- Sourcing subcontractors, hire equipment and materials for new contracts
- Produce risk assessments and method statements for projects or new maintenance contracts being mobilised (training on this will be provided)
- General support of the business development team in delivering its key responsibilities to clients
- Processing of orders on internal system when required
