Junior Architectural Technologist

Outstanding opportunity for a Junior or Graduate level Architectural Technologist to join a large scale Architectural practice based in Birmingham city centre.
The practice are over 80 strong and have been established for over 3 years, in which time they have built a stellar reputation, predominantly within the Residential sector.
Due to further growth plans within the office, the practice are seeking a Graduate or Junior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. Working within the Residential sector you will be working on a broad range of project types, including social/affordable housing, housebuilder/housetypes, mixed use apartment blocks and more.
The ideal Graduate or Junior Architectural Technologist for this role will be able to demonstrate the following skills and characteristics:

• Exceptional oral & written communication skills.
• Show genuine passion and interest in the Architecture industry as a whole.
• Self-motivated and driven.

Required qualifications and experience of the Junior Architectural Technologist as follows:

• A degree in Architectural Technology or a HNC/HND in a related field.
• Some in practice experience would be preferred, with Residential sector work being ideal.
• Software proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit

A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered to the successful Graduate or Junior Architectural Technologist, and is likely to be in the region of �24,000-�28,000 per annum dependant on experience.
