OUR CLIENT Well established legal 500 London firm THE ROLE We have a new vacancy for a Corporate Solicitor 1 - 3 PQE to join an established corporate/commercial team The corporate department acts for a diverse client base in the media, real estate and leisure sectors. The core work areas will include acquisitions, disposals, corporate governance, shareholder issues and investments.
