Junior Draughtsperson

Job Title: Draughtsperson – Building Services

Location: Fareham

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsperson to join our dynamic Building Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced draughtsperson to contribute to the design and coordination of complex building services projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce technical drawings and design layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.


• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to develop accurate and coordinated building services drawings.


• Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications.


• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation.


• Maintain and update drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Draughtsperson in Building Services or a related field.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit or other BIM software is highly desirable.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
