Majestic’s key strength is over 1,000 WSET-trained colleagues offering knowledgeable, friendly service across all channels.The Role:Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in developing & delivering the People plan in our Retail teams. As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will support our retail business and grow in your HR career. You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR support, drive organisational effectiveness, and foster a positive work environment. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual eager to learn and make an impact in the HR field.
