A fast-growing IT services provider is seeking a Junior IT Technician to support multiple schools across Kent, Surrey, and South London. In this role, you will be the go-to problem-solver for teachers and students, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime in a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
1st & 2nd Line Support
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to keep classrooms running.
Windows AD & Azure AD
Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and domain infrastructures.
Device & MDM Management
Configure iPads, oversee Google Workspace, and work with MDM solutions.
MIS Support
Provide assistance with Management Information Systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Scholarpack.
System Deployment & Maintenance
Build images, install software, and handle upgrades across multiple sites.
Inventory Management
Keep accurate records of hardware, software, and licenses.
Requirements
At least 1 year of IT support experience
Experience in a school or educational environment
Full UK Driving Licence + Car (travel required)
Eligibility to Work in the UK
Preferred Skills
Experience with Windows AD and Azure AD
Familiarity with MDM systems , iPads , and Google Workspace
Working knowledge of MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, Scholarpack)
