Junior Lawyer

Job Description SSQ are currently partnering with an independent, European-focused investment manager. The fund invests across a range of strategies with a focus on distressed assets. Since inception they have grown rapidly and currently have £5 billion in AUM and are continuing to increase the number of funds launched year on year. They are looking for a Junior Lawyer with specific LMA experience to assist their wider legal team. The work will involve negotiation primarily Loan Agreements, drafting and negotiating various NDA's, and an element of complience. There will be an opportunity to get involved in more complex matters should you prove capable. The successful appointee will join the legal team of 7 in London and report directly into the Group General Counsel.
